I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic careers professional and assessor with extensive experience delivering careers guidance to individuals and groups across diverse settings. I am deeply committed to the value of Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CEIAG) and the profound impact it has on individuals’ career planning and development.

Since qualifying in 2007, I have worked with both young people and adults, dedicating the past 10 years to NHS England, where I have supported foundation doctors in their career progression within the NHS and achieved my Masters in Career Development.

I am passionate about collaborating with learners and careers services to nurture and develop through assessment the next generation of careers professionals, ensuring the continued importance and advancement of this vital work.
